Our Story
Missing the spice and flavours from home and tired of having to travel to London for a decent jollof rice (and all the sides!) we decided it was time to take matters into our own hands and bring some of West Africa's favourite dishes to Cambridge. We spoke to many others in Cambridge who felt the same and this is where the idea for jolly jollof began!
We are excited to be starting out on this journey to fill a gap and want to hear from and get to know as many of our customers as possible. Any feedback or suggestions is very welcome, so please do send us a message.

We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
Our jollof and fried rice have been made with you in mind. We have taken our time to decide what rice goes best with jollof and what doesn't quite sit well with fried rice. No canned chopped tomatoes, or bag of frozen vegetable.
Just a lot of time invested in cutting up the vegetables, and not compromising on quality!
We are a takeaway specialising in freshly cooked and affordable West African cuisine - you can either visit us at our food truck at 103 Cherry Hinton Road if you want your food served with some afrobeats or order direct on Deliveroo.
